The renovation of two residential floors above two commercial properties expands housing opportunities, creating efficient yet distinctive units that balance individuality and shared experience.

At its core, the project introduces a communal terrace that doubles as a second exterior passageway—a space for connection, light, and movement, fostering a sense of belonging within the evolving neighborhood fabric. With a mix of unit types—spanning from a studio to a two-bedroom residence—the design reflects a commitment to adaptability and inclusivity, seamlessly integrating residential and commercial life under one roof.
